Works to a tree with TCA: Crown reduction to 2m above previous pollard points of 3 x lime trees (T1, T2, T3) overhanging rear garden boundary of 13 Flodden road into rear garden of 2 Baldwin Crescent to reduce sun shading of rear gardens of 2 and 4A Baldwin Crescent.
